Click & Collect - Bray
What is Click & Collect?
Our free Click & Collect service will ensure your order is ready for you on the same day at our Bray office, if ordered before 2pm. We will hold your Click & Collect order for you for 2 working days (from the date of order).
When can I collect?
Collections are from 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays)
How does Click & Collect work?
1. Select the product or products you wish to collect (no limitations on the number of products you can collect)
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Select (Click & Collect – Bray)
4. Process Payment as normal
5. Contact customer service via WhatsApp (Scan Code) if you wish to collect the order within an hour and provide your order number
6. GO TO ADDRESS
7. Provide your name - Ring the buzzer
8. Order will be presented in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines (no signature required)
Note: Orders for collection that have not been collected will be returned to stock after five days, and a €3 fee will apply. Please ensure to inform us in advance if you cannot collect your item within this allocated time period.
